Meet The Team
Jennifer Marie Santolla was born in Kernersville, NC. Her and her twin brother are the youngest of five children. She is a mom of two beautiful children, a daughter and son. Jennifer attended Craven County Community College earning her degree in Phlebotomy. Shortly after, she started working for an Ears Nose & Throat doctor’s office that had an audiology department. This is where she completely fell in love with working with hearing impaired patients.
After living in New Bern for five years, she decided to move back to her hometown. She started working for a Dermatology clinic. Jennifer has always enjoyed working in the medical field because it brings a variety of different people into her life and she always enjoys learning and hearing about their life stories that make them who they are today. After her mother died, she realized that life is entirely too short to be doing something that does not fulfill your life. She left Dermatology; this is when she came to work for The Hearing Aid Specialists of The Carolinas.
She loves working with hearing impaired patients so much, she is now working in her career towards her goal of becoming a hearing aid specialist herself. She said “The most beautiful thing is to watch someone hear a noise for the first time or in a very long time that we take for granted every day, Watching their eyes and smile light up the room makes everything worth it.
Jennifer and her twin brother are the youngest of five children. She is a mom of a beautiful daughter and son. When she is not working with patients, she is spending her time with her family.
