Hearing Healthcare Close to Home
Meet The Team
Michael Dellinger is a NC licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and works with his patients to help them hear and understand better in their social environments. Michael experiences hearing loss himself and he understands the struggles patients are going through on a day-to-day basis. He strives very hard to provide the best quality hearing care for each and every patient. Michael has been in business since 1986. He started and managed his own business and after selling business equipment for 21 years, he transitioned into the hearing instrument business in 2007.
Michael lives in the beautiful mountains of Boone, NC with his wife, Joan. He always puts family first and enjoys spending time with his two children and son-in-law, Michelle, Devan and Clark. However, Michael especially loves spending time with his one-year-old grandson, Jameson. His role as “Papaw” is his favorite of all. In his spare time, he enjoys working on cars, especially his 1970 hot red Chevrolet truck. He and Joan spend many weekends traveling to car shows. Michael also loves riding his motorcycle on beautiful, sunny days.
Michael is passionate about helping others. He enjoys seeing others’ delight and happiness through hearing clearly after experiencing and suffering from hearing loss. Michael works hard to ensure his clients are able to live day to day comfortably. He looks forward to working with current and future patients at Mountain Ear Hearing Associates, to help provide the best hearing care possible.
