Lem Harsh lives in the Columbia, SC area with his beautiful wife and four children. He is very grateful for the unique privilege to assist others with the benefits of improved hearing and is proud to be a vital part of the Carolina Hearing services family here in Columbia. He is a nationally board certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. This means that his training and expertise is specific to hearing loss and hearing aid fittings, measuring and counseling as it relates to these subjects. He is dedicated to providing superior service, whether it is evaluating, hearing, adjusting hearing aids, or counseling family and clients in the aural rehabilitation process. This includes ensuring that each client receives the best hearing possible given their specific hearing challenges. It is Lem’s goal to be the most advanced, technically trained, specialist in his field.

Ashley Troutman has been working with patients to better their hearing in the Columbia area since 2015. She and her husband are both from Lexington, South Carolina, where they currently live and are raising 3 beautiful children. Ashley is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, experienced in evaluating all types of hearing loss, and dedicated to helping patients and families understand and work through the aural rehabilitation process. She is passionate about helping her patients hear all the amazing sounds of life through the latest and best technology that hearing aids have to offer.
