William (Bill) Beck grew up in a small farming town in the state of Rhode Island. Growing up, his vocational training was in the automotive field; later in life, he moved to North Carolina and began his education and training in hearing healthcare. He not only became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in North Carolina, but he also continued his schooling and received a National Board Certification. In 2015, Bill was awarded the Beltone Master Hearing Aid Practitioner Award. Bill is also in demand as a speaker throughout North Carolina on the subject of hearing loss. He is also a member of the International Hearing Society and the American Academy of Audiology. Bill is committed to using his extensive training to help as many people as he can with their hearing difficulties.

When not in the office, Bill is a very active in his church congregation. He is married, and he and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their daughter.

Sam Hamilton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a North Carolina licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 30 years of experience. This experience has brought Sam extensive knowledge of the diagnostic processes used to assess and treat different types of hearing disorders and issues.

He has served on the North Carolina State Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board, and is a member of the International Hearing Society. Sam is a co-founder of Advanced Hearing Care (now HearingLife) and specializes in hearing testing, consultations and hearing aid selection. Sam prides himself on his ability to meet the individual hearing care needs of his customers while taking into consideration their unique technology, cosmetic or budgetary concerns.
